If there are any issues with quality, please follow these 3 steps within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 1 - Send a return request email to hello@popculturepicnic.com with your order number and the email address associated with the shipping information.
Step 2 - Take photo(s) of the affected items(s). Please include a photo of the whole item and any other photos that may help identify the quality issue in your email.
Step 3 - Let us know if you would like a refund or replacement sent.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing your return request. Because your item is custom made exclusively for you, it will qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (I) the item itself is flawed or broken, (II) the quality of the printing is poor, (III) the item is notably different from the item presented on the order screen.
